Twelve-month replacement warranty

Every SEITIX device is covered for twelve months from delivery. If a unit fails under normal use, we replace it rather than repair it, so you are not left without one.

What is covered

Manufacturing faults and component failures under normal household use.

What is not covered

Accidental damage, water damage beyond a device’s stated rating, and normal wear of pouches or cables.

How to claim

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a short description. We arrange collection and send a replacement.
