These terms apply to every order placed through this website or confirmed with us on WhatsApp.

Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it by WhatsApp or phone. We may decline or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, the delivery address is outside our coverage, or the details provided are incomplete. Products marked as coming soon can be reserved but are not charged until they ship.

Cash on delivery

Payment is made in cash to the delivery rider when the parcel arrives. You may inspect the device before paying. If you refuse the parcel at the door, you owe nothing. Repeated refusals of confirmed orders may result in future orders being declined.

Pricing

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes. Delivery within Dhaka is free above the threshold shown at checkout, otherwise a flat delivery charge applies. Prices may change without notice, but the price confirmed for your order will not.

Delivery

Orders inside Dhaka are typically delivered within 24 hours of confirmation, and same day for orders confirmed before 2 PM. Delivery outside Dhaka takes 2 to 4 days. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by weather, strikes, or public holidays.

Warranty

Devices carry a 1-year replacement warranty as described on the Returns page. The warranty is limited to replacement of the device and does not extend to consequential losses.

Not a medical device

SEITIX products are personal wellness devices for everyday muscular tension and relaxation. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, a circulatory or vascular condition, a spinal or joint condition, or any other medical concern, consult your physician before use. Stop use if you feel discomfort.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Dhaka.
