This page explains what SEITIX collects when you order from us, why we collect it, and how to get it removed.

What we collect at checkout

To deliver an order we ask for your full name, mobile number, delivery address, city or thana, and district. Email is optional and is only used to send you a receipt if you provide it. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not store passwords.

Cash on delivery and delivery partners

We share your name, mobile number, and address with the delivery partner who brings your parcel and collects payment. They receive only what they need to complete the delivery. They are not permitted to use your details for anything else.

If you message us on WhatsApp, or tap a WhatsApp button on this site, the conversation happens on WhatsApp under Meta’s terms. We use it to confirm orders, arrange delivery, and answer questions. We do not add you to broadcast lists without asking.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses a small number of cookies to keep your cart and checkout working. If we enable analytics or advertising measurement, such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel, those tools set their own cookies and receive page-view and purchase events. We will note that here when it is switched on.

How long we keep your details

Order records are kept for as long as needed for delivery, warranty claims, and accounting, and are then deleted or anonymised. Order records are retained for a minimum of one year to honour the warranty.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your personal details at any time. Message us on WhatsApp or use the details on the Contact page. We will confirm once it is done. Deleting your details may prevent us from honouring a warranty claim on an open order.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published here with the date of the change.
