How it works
A carbon-fibre heating panel is stitched into a wrap that closes with wide hook-and-loop straps, so it sits close to the joint without squeezing it.

The heating panel covers the kneecap and the soft tissue either side of it. Heat is measured at the panel and held within a few degrees of the chosen level.

Questions
Can I wear it while walking around?
Yes. The straps hold it in place for normal walking around the house or office. It is not designed for running or sport.
How hot does it get?
The highest setting reaches about 55 °C at the heating panel. Most people settle on the middle setting. Start low and move up.
Does it work for the left and right knee?
Yes. The wrap is symmetrical and fits either knee.
Can I use it plugged in?
It runs from its own battery. You can charge it between sessions with any USB-C charger.
Is it washable?
Wipe the lining with a damp cloth. It contains electronics and should not be submerged or machine-washed.
