Returns window
You can return a device within the returns window stated on the product page, in its original packaging and in resaleable condition.
Faulty items
If a device arrives faulty or develops a fault within the warranty period, contact us with your order number. We will repair, replace or refund it.
Refunds
Card refunds are returned to the original card. Cash-on-delivery refunds are paid by bank transfer or mobile money to an account in your name.
