How it works
A brushless motor drives the head back and forth through a short stroke, around forty times a second at the top speed. The head presses into the muscle and withdraws before the tissue can brace against it.

How long should I use it on one area?
One to two minutes per muscle group is enough for most people. Keep it moving; do not hold it on one spot.
Can I use it on my neck?
Use the lowest speed and the round head on the muscles of the upper back and the sides of the neck. Keep it away from the front of the neck and the spine itself.
Which head should I start with?
The round head. It suits most areas and is the most forgiving.
How loud is it?
About 45 dB on the middle speed. It will not drown out a conversation.
