Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it by email or message. Prices shown are in the currency of the market you are shopping in and include what the checkout says they include.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and on every product page. They are estimates, and we will tell you if an order is going to be late.

Warranty

Every device carries the warranty period stated on its product page against manufacturing defects. Damage from misuse, water, or unauthorised repair is not covered.

These are wellness devices for personal comfort. They are not medical devices and do not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. If you have a medical condition, an implant, or are pregnant, ask a doctor before use.
